With unconditional love of a mother to her children, here comes the origin of “ Bite-Sized Pla Salid”. Born in Amphur Bangpakong, Chachoengsao Province, Thailand’s largest pla salid farming area, a mother of three who has moved and resided in Bangkok, would like her children to experience the original sumptuous taste yet hygienic pla sapid, she therefore; has invented the way to debone pla salid and cut the meat into bite sized pieces, fry them to make each piece crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside.
Her children have fallen in love with their mother’s recipe that is not only tasty, but also convenient to eat and it is the origin of “PLA ZALID POR DEE KUM”
